Information you give us

When you message us on WhatsApp, email chat@ainexor.com, or fill in a form on this site, we collect what you send us — typically your name, company, role, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your training or consulting needs.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run training or consulting engagements, and — where you ask us to — to prepare and submit HRD Corp claim documentation on your organisation’s behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you asked for (for example, HRD Corp for claims processing) or where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics — this notice will be updated first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it’s needed to deliver the service, satisfy HRD Corp or tax record-keeping requirements, and respond to any follow-up questions — then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email chat@ainexor.com and we’ll action it.
